Deacons

When visiting our church, you will be greeted by some of our Deacons. They are members of our church that have been chosen to serve the church in various capacities, will answer any questions you may have about the church and will make sure you are comfortable with attending our service. The Deacons often help with functions to make sure the events go smoothly.

Our Deacons serve for three-year terms and they have an option of serving for three more years. As our deacons rotate out of active duty, we share the sentiment that “Once a Deacon, always a Deacon”. These people are considered to be examples for our young people to aspire to be within the church.
